Funny - I really liked this novel after all. I was expecting to be disappointed, especially after reading John Levitt's series. Turned out pretty decent. Ready for novel #2 in the series.

You know, it's so rare that I do not finish a dictionary and this was one I just couldn't plow through. It is very long and dialect is repetitive and I just didn't fall in appreciation with the story or impersonations. I finally looked up a synopsis on Wikipedia so I'd know how it ended, but I only managed to read the first half of the dictionary. I think it's probably good for adolescents, but not adults.

This is a classic copy with a great story and an important meaning. I recommend it to each and every one although the librarian at UAlbany mocked me (no quibble intended) for taking it out. :(
