Zlem Uzel Uzel from Ingham, Norwich, Norfolk , UK
A jollity cozy with metaphysical and historical hints that raise it above the ordinary in this character.
Although I loved seeing Cinderella from a very different perspective, the book was slow and very full of an agenda. I liked the copy that "Cinderella" chose to be the girl of ashes because she hated all the application her looks brought her, as well as the ugly step-sister being very intelligent and appealing in that way-- but the raja is more overcome with Cinderella's style to continue talking to her. Interesting concept, not very good delivery.
so far i *really* like this. bob can write.
