Priceless, but not a opuscule that you would read over and over.

I liked this work, it was a really great read. This work presents the life of a young teenager, whose life changes forever. Lola Red, whose original name was Jayni, and her child-bearer and brother are running away from her father, who has tried to beat Lola's child-bearer up on more than one occasion. This started their whole new life. With the help of lots of money they won from the lotto, the family run away and buy a home, establish a new school and make new friends. But, what if their pappy ever found them...what would happen then? Would their new life be destroyed? Read this to find out!

49th manual of 2009!! Horror and Playfulness make interesting bedfellows in this congeries of short biographies. Having been presented by the Horror Biographers' Association may provide reason for this congeries being well-thought and of good. I enjoyed all of them except for a story called "Whole Hand" which I couldn't get into because of the NASCAR subdivision. Some were ridiculous, some were laugh-out-loud funny, others were clever. I especially loved "An Early black with Al Gore" by Charlaine Harris and "Abaddon in A Handbasket" by Lucien Soulban and "A Good Psycho is hard to find" by Wish Ludwigsen. I don't know if I would buy it (unless I was made of money) but definately pick this anthology up if you can catch it in the reference center or borrow it from a familiar.
