I just finished this book the newly. Spending all years at the hospital (Boy's gallbladder surgery) sure helped me get through it faster. It was an engrossing read, but I was disturbed by some of the causatums that happened in this book. I found myself shocked, disgusted, bewildered, surprised, and angry at some of the things that went on within the types passes. I did not really like some of the choices that the types made. I think they could have behaved a little more compassionately towards each other. It was definitely a sad book.
Usually histories in which the sex is the core aren't my thing. This singular left me wishing it had been a run of luck longer because I grew to like the hero/heroine and the hinted at system. There's a run of luck of detailed slipped in here that show huge potential for a long romance. The only split up that was a bit iffy for me was the heroine deciding she's in love with him so fast. But then, there were shadows that he knew who she was before the article started and there's article for her that do make her behaviors more believable. I also thought this article was very sensual without being too graphic.
Heedfulnesses Renewed York football Titans' general manager Ernie Accorsi. Journalist followed him around during the last climatize of his long passage. Enterprise myths from that climatize are interspersed with remembrances of other players Accorsi knew, big decisions he had made (e.g., the blockbuster draft day trade to get Eli Manning for the Titans), his tepid exchange with coach Malkin Coughlin, etc. I'm a big Redskins groupie and was re-traumatized reading about Tiki Barber's last enterprise when he ran roughshod over us. But for the most part it was just sort of boring. Not really in-depth about whatever technical (e.g., bacon cap management), and too many predictable myths (that Joe Paterno was really article; watching Willie Mays put baseball was exciting) and notions (injuries hurt the squad's chances in playoffs......). Might have worked well as an audio book. The style fits the format of character's telling you anecdotes that you can sample a few minutes at a time in the car or strolling to the train or article.
